In her role as Human Resources Manager/ Legal Services professional at Dukes Neurosurgery and Specialist Hospital Ltd, Banjo Modupe has successfully built a functional Human Resources department by developing robust processes, policies, handbooks, and control areas. Her commitment to creating a thriving and productive work environment has been a driving force in her career.
Banjo Modupe’s experience as a Human Capital manager span from the production industry to Health. She also has 5 years experience as an associate counsel in different law firms.

In her pursuit for personal development she barged a Master In Law( LLM) from the University of Ibadan.
She is a Member of Nigerian Bar Association(NBA). She is an Associate member (ACIPM)of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM)
She is also a member of The Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC).
She is fluent in English, Yoruba, and Hausa.
